About Karen
Twice I watched a crisis take my company to the studs. Twice I rebuilt it. That's where I learned what leadership really is.
I'm Karen Conde: executive coach, entrepreneur, author and board member. I coach from experience, not theory.
After 25 years in corporate leadership, I founded Conde Group, a technology staffing and workforce solutions company, and led it for 21 years to a successful exit in 2024. Along the way, the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 pandemic each forced me to rebuild my team from the ground up.
I've served on five boards. I know the pressure of making payroll, the weight of decisions no one else can make for you, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner who understands.
Today I help women leaders build companies, careers and lives that are strong, and sustainable.
